Q: I made a purchase prior to 12/14/2022. Will I still receive it?Yes, all outstanding orders will still be delivered. Please contact our Customer Happiness team at 1 (833) 901-1087 or email@example.com if you have questions or do not receive your order.
Q: Will my warranty still be honored? The two year limited warranty for breakage due to manufacturer's defects remains valid. You must return the eyewear within two years of the original date of purchase. Determining whether the issue is due to a manufacturer's defect lies within our sole discretion. Any alteration of the product will void this limited warranty. Proof of purchase is required.
Scratched lenses, lost screws, improper use, accidental breakage, prescription lenses, normal wear and tear, accidental damage like dropping them, your dog chewing them, or running over them with your mountain bike - these scenarios are not covered under the limited warranty, but read on…we want to Do the Right Thing™. For these and other situations that are NOT considered a manufacturer's defect, we will gladly offer you 50% off your next purchase on FosterGrant.com.
Please follow the steps below to activate a limited warranty or crash replacement claim:
- For sunglasses purchased at gargoyleseyewear.com, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For sunglasses purchased from one of our dealer partners, please contact your dealer directly.
Q: Can I still return or exchange items? All exchange requests will be handled as returns. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund.
This return policy only applies to purchases made on gargoyleseyewear.com and does not apply to product purchased through a retailer or store location. For retail returns or exchanges, please visit the retailer where you purchased the product.
Items must be in like-new condition to be accepted for return.
Effective 6/30/21, all Gargoyles Performance Eyewear purchases have a 90-day return policy.
- Print and complete a brief Return Form including the reason for the return, your name, address, telephone number and any exchange information (if applicable).
- Package up the Product(s) in the original box and/or packaging.
- Include the completed Return Form and the original packing slip/invoice in the box.
- Apply the USPS prepaid postage Return Label to the box.
- Take to the nearest Post Office or leave in your mailbox for USPS pickup.
