If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. We’ll work with you to find eyewear that is right for you. Eyewear must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credits will be given for damaged returns. Damages include scratches or marks on the lenses or frames, damaged or broken frames, missing pieces, etc.

This return policy does not apply to product bought through a retailer or store location. 1. Refunds will be issued minus the shipping fee.
2. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
3.Please include the original packing slip with the return.
4. Print and complete a brief Return Form including the reason for the return, your name, address, telephone number and any exchange information (if applicable).
5. Apply the pre-paid postage Return Label to the box.
