If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Before you start a return, we’d be happy to work with you to find the Gargoyles eyewear you want and need. If we can’t find a match, we’ll start the return process to refund the purchase price.
This return policy only applies to purchases made on gargoyleseyewear.com and does not apply to product purchased through a retailer or store location. For retail returns or exchanges, please visit the retailer where you purchased the product.
Items must be in like-new condition to be accepted for return for a refund or exchange. If you believe you received a damaged or defective product, please refer to our Do the Right Thing™ Limited Warranty.
Effective 6/30/21, all Gargoyles Performance Eyewear purchases have a 90-day return policy.
1. Print and complete a brief Return Form including the reason for the return, your name, address, telephone number and any exchange information (if applicable).
2. Package up the Product(s) in the original box and/or packaging.
3. Include the completed Return Form and the original packing slip/invoice in the box.
4. Apply the USPS prepaid postage Return Label to the box.
5. Take to the nearest Post Office or leave in your mailbox for USPS pickup.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for the purchase price of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
