Gargoyles Performance Polarized Sun Rx
Gargoyles still leads the charge in optical protection with our new corrective Performance Polarized Sun Rx wrap lenses. This comprehensive solution delivers outstanding optics and an expansive distance-viewing zone for large wrap performance frames in Rx. By using a performance sized lens blank large enough to accommodate larger wrap around performance frames, Gargoyles can offer the coverage and protection they are known for. Available in Gargoyles traditional grey, brown and green lenses as well as with an optional Crizal Sun Shield™ super-hydrophobic coating and ora Crizal Sun Shield Mirror™ coating.
The Problem
Ordinary spherical 8 base sun Rx lenses are designed to only accommodate prescriptions from +2.25D to +6.00D. This limited Rx range accounts for about 7% of all Rx’s. That leaves 93% of the Rx customers without a wrap sun Rx solution.The Solution
